Apache 2.2.31, 2.4.17 available

Releases of Apache 2.2.31, 2.4.17 (Issue #119) are now available and includes :

• Enabled http2 apache module on 2.4.17
• Review Define directives on Apache 2.4.x
• Create template files (.nrd) for future Neard release
• Remove unnecessary files/folders (cgi-bin/, conf/original/, conf/ssl/, htdocs/, icons/, include/, lib/, tools/)
